Accounting Scholars Program
The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business is proud to collaborate with the Deloitte Foundation to champion the next generation of CPA professionals. Through the Deloitte Foundation Accounting Scholars Program, Fisher and the Deloitte Foundation provide a limited number of full scholarships (excluding books and living expenses) for eligible and selected students interested in pursuing Fisher’s one-year Master of Accounting.
Deloitte Foundation Accounting Scholars Program eligibility criteria:
- Applicant must have the ability to reside in the United States and the intention to pursue career opportunities in the US. after graduating from Ohio State (i.e. U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, DACA, political asylee or refugee status).
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college/university in the U.S.
- Pursuing an undergraduate baccalaureate degree in accounting from an accredited program (Note: Undergraduate finance students or those from other business majors are eligible if they can complete the Master of Accounting program by August 2027).
- Strong academic track record; minimum of 3.0 GPA (on 4.0 scale)
- Have an interest in pursuing a career in public accounting and obtaining their CPA (is not presently a CPA)
- Demonstrate financial need
- Selected participants must matriculate to Ohio State’s Master of Accounting program for the duration of the 2026-2027 academic school year (August 2026 through May 2027) and complete such program in May 2027
